You have been caught selling design information on new products to a rival competitor within the adult toy industry. This clearly falls into the gross misconduct category. But because you are of previous good character, your female employers both decide that rather than instant dismissal, an alternative punishment would be more appropriate, as without references you would find it impossible to secure another job.

Perhaps they feel that by trying out some of the companies’ prototypes on you, that will go some way to making amends for betraying their trust?
